(Mary E. Robbins, aka Ann Roberts, aka Mary E Koogan) of Albany.

Author's Note: We have not verified this marrage. Clarence's birth certificate stated Koogan and Mary Robbins death certificate stated Mary Koogan. Clarence Sidney's wife changed the records back to Coogan. Mary is buried on her mother's plot as Mary Van Loon (Mary's first marrage name) which raises the question of a Coogan marrage.
