I have been instructed by Mr. James
Coogan, who has lately purchased another
farm,

On the Premises

On TUESDAY, December 12, 1905,
At 11 o'clock

His Interest in his Valuable Farm in the

TOWNLAND OF CROGHAN,

Containing 4a 2r 10p statute measure or thereabouts, held under
Lord Templeton at the yearly rent of [Pounds]4 15s.

It is accommadated with a superior two-storey slated Residence,
having 4 rooms, besides kitchen and scullery, also large Byres,
Stables, Sheds, Hen-house, etc., all recently erected, and 
entered by a splendid short pass from the county road.

This Farm, which is in a high state of cultivation, is laid out
in neatly-sized fields, well fenced, manured, watered and 
drained.

There is an inexhaustible supply of pure spring water and a
large quantity of [turbary ?] on the land.

The Judicial lease has expired, and purchaser can enter Court.
