Europe
The National Geographic Family Reference Atlas of the World describes Europe as follows:

"Europe is bounded by the Arctic Ocean in the north, the Atlantic Ocean in the west, the Mediterranean and Black Seas in the south, and the Caspian Sea in the southeast. The traditional land boundary [follows] the Ural Mountains south across Russia [and then] the Ural River to the Caspian Sea."
