COOGAN - Mary A. Coogan, lifelong resident of Waukesha, died on Thursday, December 9, 2004, at Waukesha Memorial Hospital at the age of 80. Mary was born on April 22, 1924, in Waukesha, the daughter of Edward and Agnes (nee Gibson) Coogan. She was a member of St. William's Catholic Church. Mary was an avid bowler and loved to vacation. She worked at International Harvester for 30 years. Mary will be sadly missed by her brother, Edgar J. Coogan of Waukesha, neices, nephews, other relatives and many friends. She was preceded in death by her parents. A Funeral Mass for Mary will be held on Monday, December 13, 2004, at 11:00 am at St. William's Catholic Church, 440 N. Moreland Blvd., Waukesha. Father Leonard Barbian will officiate. A visitation will be held on Sunday, December 12, 2004, from 4:00 until 6:00 pm at the Cesarz, Charapata & Zinnecker Funeral Home, 237 N. Moreland Blvd, Waukesha and on Monday at the Church from 10:00 am until the time of the Mass. A parish vigil will be held on Sunday at the Funeral Home at 6:00 pm. Interment will follow the Mass in St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery. 10 APR 2006 EDGAR J. "ED" COOGAN - April 7, 1921 - April 8, 2006 - Edgar J. "Ed" Coogan died Saturday, April 8, 2006, at the home of his daughter at age 85. He was born April 7, 1921, in Waukesha, son of Edward and Agnes (nee Gibson) Coogan. He served in the U.S. Army during World War II. He was employed at International Harvester until his retirement and was a member of St. William Catholic Church in Waukesha. Edgar is survived by his children, Edgar Jr. (Cherie) of Waukesha, Daniel of Calif., Barb (Tom) Lumb of Waukesha, Margaret Amundsen of Waukesha, Jerome (Rosie) of Watertown, Richard (Ruth) of Tennessee, Robert (Linda) of Waukesha, Fredrick of Milwaukee, Theresa Poeppel of Waukesha, Timothy of Georgia, and Susan Kohnke of Waukesha; 13 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; two great-great- grandchildren and one great-grandchild on the way. He is preceded in death by two daughters, Catherine "Kitty" Schuenemann and Patricia Inczauskis; his great-grandson, Tyler Fabian; his parents and sister, Mary Coogan. Visitation will be Thursday, April 13, 2006, from 4 p.m. until 7 p.m. at the Cesarz, Chaparata & Zinnecker Funeral Home, 237 N. Moreland Blvd., Waukesha. Coogan, 57, of Waukesha, passed away Tuesday, Aug. 20, 2013, at Waukesha Memorial Hospital. Cherie was born in Waukesha on Aug. 28, 1955, the daughter of Bobby and Mavis (Himebauch) McDonald. She was united in marriage in January of 2006 to Edgar J. Coogan Jr. Cherie loved gardening and was known as a master gardener. She also enjoyed listening to live music, dancing, cooking and good times. But most of all, Cherie loved her family and enjoyed life. Cherie is survived by her loving husband, Edgar J. Coogan Jr.; children, Amber R., Dustin W., Leah L. and Ryan N. Miller; stepdaughter, Dana L. Kasten; one granddaughter, Ariana; and her loving mother, Mavis McDonald. Also surviving are three brothers, Robby W. McDonald, Kenny R. (Kristin) McDonald, Michael D. (Karen) McDonald, and a sister, Penny R. (Michael) Maier. Cherie is further survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her father, Bobby McDonald; daughter, Amanda Ray Miller; stepdaughter, Sarah Joan Miller; and a brother, Donny G. McDonald. The visitation for Cherie will take place from noon until the 4 p.m. funeral service Saturday, Aug. 24, at the Cesarz, Charapata & Zinnecker Funeral Home, 237 N. Moreland Blvd., Waukesha. The Rev.
