JOSEPH T. COOGAN, 56, of Northglenn died July 23.  Services were 
July 26 in Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church.  Mr. Coogan, a 
native of Denver, was an investigator with the Securities and 
Exchange Commission for 18 years.  He served in the Navy during the 
Korean War.  Survivors include his wife, Barbara Coogan of 
Northglenn; seven children, Kellee, John, Tom, Carrie, Betsy, Bob 
and Don, all of Denver; his stepmother, Vera Coogan; and two grand-
