WILLIE COOGAN, OPTICIAN IN AREA Mrs. Willie D'Oyly Coogan, 48, owner of the Coogan Optician Co. in Hillcrest Heights, died Wednesday of Cancer in Alexandria Hospital. She lived at 1513 N. Van Dorn st., Alexandria. Mrs. Coogan was a fellow of the American Board of Opticianry, and a member of the International Eye Research Foundation, the Catholic Daughters of America and the Confederate Daughters of America. She belonged to the Blessed Sacrament Church of Alexandria. She is survived by her husband, John P.
