Age 78 yrs.  Beloved husband of Helen K. (Kennelly).  Father of Mrs.
Jacqueline Coogan Beatty of Bal Harbour, Fla.  Grandfather of John
F. Beatty of NYC, Barbara H. and Helen M. Beatty of Osterville, Mass.
Funeral will be from the Deane, Deal & Ames Funeral Home, 160 W.
Main St., Hyannis, Monday, Dec. 6 at 10:15 A.M., to be followed by
a funeral Mass in Our Lady of the Assumption Church, Osterville, at
11 A.M.  Relatives and friends are invited.  Visiting hours Sunday
204 and 7-9 P.M.  In lieu of flowers, memorials in his name may be
made to St. Francis Hospital, Miami, Fla.

Thomas P. Coogan, president of the NAHB in 1950 and a nationally
known authority on mortgage finance, died in a Boston hospital
