(McAnulty) Coogan, on October 16, 2004, wife of the late Joseph F. Coogan of Norristown. Mrs. Coogan was a graduate of West Catholic Girls High School in 1938. She then moved from their to business school in Philadelphia. In 1956, she married her husband, Joseph F. who preceded Mrs. Coogan in death in 1992. She was a purchasing agent for Allis Camus Kopperman Bellows. Mrs. Coogan was also very active as past president of Auxiliary of Sacred Heart Hospital and the alliance of Catholic Women. Mrs. Coogan is the mother of Joseph F. Coogan 3rd, John J. Coogan, Kathryn M. Gensert and the late Cecilia Ann Coogan. Also survived by seven grandchildren. Sister of Kathryn Gentz and the late John J. McAnulty Jr. Relatives and friends may call at visitation from 8:45 to 9:45 AM Friday, October 22nd with Funeral Mass at 10 AM at St. Francis of Assisi Church, 600 Hamilton St., Norristown.
