Obituary of Richard Bland Coogan

RICHARD BLAND COOGAN

Richard Bland Coogan, 81 years young.  Born 29 MAY 1926, passed on
to life after life on 16 JAN 2008.  His favorite words of wisdom
he lived by: "There are things you can change.  There are things
you cannot change.  Change the things you can, accept the things
you cannot change and really LIVE until you LEAVE."

Preceded in death by brother, identical twin Malcolm Britt Coogan
(Elaine) of Columbus, OH; sisters, Beverly Thomas (Calvin) of 
Temecula, CA; Jackie McCabe (Tom) of Desert Hot Springs, CA; and
very special nephews, James A. Coogan, Columbus, OH; Ronnie McCabe,
Desert Hot Springs; special niece Little Bev; very special step-
daughter, Bunnie.

Survived by nephews, Donald B. Coogan (Lisa), Wilmington, NC; 
Richard M. Coogan (Linda), Lancaster, OH; nieces, Barbara A. Fisher,
Lewis Center, OH; Rosalee Coogan, Columbus, OH; and Elaine M.
Stewart (Ronnie), Carolina Beach, NC; very special great nieces
and nephews, Malcolm, Josh, Tanner, Jeff, Jennifer, Jodelle, Chad,
Jamey, Rodney, Paige, Matt, Jennifer, Candy, Brian, Amanda, Julie,
Jimmy, Joey, Larry, Garry (Sandy), Angie (Jerry), and Rocky (Cindy);
very special step-grand daughter, Heather.
