DIES IN HOME FIRE

STATE COLLEGE, Pa. - (UPI) - Mrs. James Coogan, widow of James 
Coogan, who was a director of public information at Penn State, died 
Saturday [06 MAR 1971] in a fire which damaged a one-story fram
house in which she lived alone.  The James Coogan Award, named in
honor of her husband, is given annually to the most valuable player
in the Pitt-Penn State football game.
