Graveside services are at 10:15 a.m. Nov. 30 at Riverside National Cemetery staging area 2. Mr. Coogan, who was born in California, lived in Hemet 16 years. Mr. Coogan served in the Army Air Corps from 1940 to 1945 and the Air National Guard from 1947 to 1950. He was called into the active-duty Air Force from 1950 to 1952. He was a member of Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 8700 in Hemet.
