Coogan, a former resident of Shenandoah and Mahanoy City, died late Wednesday afternoon at his late home, in Phila., to which place the family moved about three years ago. Deceased at one time was employed as a clerk in the county commissioners' office and represented the Singer Sewing Machine Co. at Hazleton. Surviving, he leaves his wife and the following children: Vincent of Mahanoy City, Frank, Carl, Harry, Leo, Jos. and Miss Marion, at home. Two brothers, Richard and John, of Pottsville, and three sisters, also of this city, survive.
