Research:

This is the family of James Coogan of Tehallan (or Tyholland) 
Parish, County Monaghan, Ireland. He emigrated to Canada in 1842 
and settled on Prince Edward Island.

James' daughter, Maria Coogan, later emigrated to the United
States and settled in Haverhill (Essex County), Massachusetts.

This family has also been found as COUGAN.

We are currently looking for someone to link with this family and 
to take over the search!
