Research:

This is the family of James Joseph Coogan of Lancashire, England.  
He was born in Manchester and served abroad [we are not sure in 
what capacity] for several years.  He returned to the United 
Kingdom by 1881.

One of James' sons, Joseph Vincent Coogan, became a dental 
surgeon and emigrated to Ireland (County Limerick) around the
turn of the Twentieth Century.

We are currently looking for someone to link with this family and 
to take over the search!
