Research:

This is the family of James Coogan.  He was born in Ireland and
emigrated to Canada in the early Nineteenth Century.  He settled
in the Chateaugay Valley (Chateauguay-Huntington County), Quebec.

After James' death, his widow and children emigrated to the 
United States and settled in Clinton County, New York. The group
also has a connection with Franklin County, NY.

This family has also been found as COGAN.

We are currently looking for someone to link with this family and 
to take over the search!
