This is the family of Connell Coogan.  He was born in Ireland.

Connell's daughter, Bridget Coogan, was married in County 
Donegal, Ireland.

There is a very good chance that the surname for this group was
actually DOOGAN.  However, we have found at least one reference
to COOGAN.  Further investigation is required.

We are currently looking for someone to link with this family and
