Research:

This is the family of Thomas Coogan. He was born in Ireland and
possibly emigrated to the United States in the mid Nineteenth 
Century (his wife, Nora, was living in Chicago in 1869). She and
his family lived in Chicago (Cook County), Illinois.

This family has also been found as COUGAN.

There is a lot of confusion about the outline of this family: 
there could be two Nora's and two or three Thomas'! The framework 
will continue to be developed... 

We are currently looking for someone to link with this family and 
to take over the search!
