"Looking for ancestor information on my grandfather Arthur 
Paul Coogan who died in 1945 in the Philadelphia area or
Weehawkin, New Jersey area.  Related somehow to John Coogan
who died in 1921, around the same area.  Arthur Coogan was
possibly an only child but had a step-brother and step-sister
(Cynthia ?)."
